- At Gold and Platinum we supply the hardware for a setup fee and a monthly rate from about $250, with offsite storage billed per terabyte. At Bronze and Silver you purchase the backup equipment outright.
- Bronze is our minimum requirement. Clients on Bronze must sign off on its limitations before we begin work.
- Bronze and Silver aren't recommended when your servers hold critical data or systems. They fit offices with only workstations or laptops whose data lives in the cloud or at a main office.

What does a 24/7 SOC actually do?
A security operations center (SOC) is a team of analysts watching for malicious activity at all hours. If something suspicious happens overnight, they can isolate the affected computer from your network and escalate to us before the threat spreads.
What is Huntress MDR?
Huntress is a managed detection and response (MDR) platform. It goes beyond traditional antivirus by having human threat hunters review suspicious activity on your devices and respond to real attacks.
Why is backup a separate plan?
Backup protects your company's data as a whole, not individual users, so it's chosen and billed separately from your service tier. Every client needs a backup and disaster recovery (BDR) plan. At Silver you purchase the backup hardware; at Gold and Platinum we provide it for a setup fee plus a monthly rate.
What does a BDR plan cost?
It depends on the level. At Bronze and Silver there's no setup or monthly fee from us — you buy the backup equipment outright, roughly $1,500 – $2,000 per device. At Gold and Platinum we supply the hardware for a one-time setup of about $300 (Gold) or $500 (Platinum) and a monthly rate from about $250, with offsite storage billed per terabyte. Your exact number is confirmed after we size your data.
What's the difference between the BDR levels?
Silver keeps two onsite copies for rapid recovery from a failed system. Gold adds an offsite copy for full disaster recovery. Platinum combines both: rapid recovery onsite plus a full offsite fallback. Bronze, a single onsite copy, is our minimum requirement and needs your sign-off before we start. Immutable storage is required at every level.
Which BDR level do I need if my servers hold critical data?
Gold or Platinum. Bronze and Silver stay onsite, so they can't protect against a local disaster. An offsite copy is what lets you recover from fire, theft or ransomware.
Is security awareness training included?
It's included in Tier 3, along with phishing simulations and enforced policies. In Tier 2 it's available as a per-seat add-on. It isn't offered in Tier 1.
